A walk in the park

Date: July 29th, 2024.

An early start because of a Tesco Click and Collect. The weather was going to be warm, so I headed to Fairlands Lake for a walk before it was too hot. Not much to see in the way of wildlife. The young have moved on and a huge inflatable assault course in the main lake had scared the Grebes and other birds away altogether. Below are a few shots of the standard Fairlands residents. The ones I was most interested in were the Butterfly and the Damson Fly. I will return again and give these more attention.
